Desk Hours: Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
 
Direct Assistance From First Parish Church:

• Bus Tickets can be provided on a temporary basis for doctor’s appointments and to go to and from work.
• We can help renegotiate utility payments with some financial aid to prevent shut-offs.
• Rental assistance can be provided and aid finding emergency housing when all other avenues are exhausted. 
• Direction to Resources: We inform clients about relevant aid programs such as the Dover Welfare and welfare programs in adjacent communities, Dover Share Program, Dover Food Pantry, Dover Friendly Kitchen, Strafford County Community Action and other programs that assist through 211.org.
• Clothing for protection from the weather is available through our Thrift Shop free of charge.
• Household goods to assist in furnishing a new home is also available through our Thrift Shop free of charge.
• We will call to pave the way for your work with other agencies to assist you as needed.
