Sunday Children’s Faith Formation Gatherings--a new version of Sunday School!
Families begin together at the worship service in the sanctuary, and then after their special time in worship all pre-k through sixth graders will be welcomed to join with adult leaders in the education wing of the church. They’ll begin together as a whole, share in a time of prayer and offering, then meet in age-appropriate groups to explore lessons from scripture and contemporary stories that lift up Progressive Christian values and engage in creative activities that support their learning. From the very beginning of their spiritual journey our aim is to encourage questions, nurture wonder, and open up the space for self-confidence to grow.
